    Holy crap.

    If I had one gripe about it though, it'd be that the chorus itself, lyric-wise, is very meh. Other than that, fucking love the instrumental and the vocals. Just... the words.

    Context is everything though. I find it hard to judge choruses before hearing the verse. It'll be the deal maker... or breaker.

    I'm sure if he wanted to play more on the track, he would. Remember, it isn't about "getting to play" as much as "making music". Who knows? Rob plays piano. He may have done what Mike described himself as doing in MTM, "writing [him]self out of the album."

    I feel like Chester is a millisecond ahead of the song lmao. His singing sounds a little rushed off beat, but you figure Mike or someone would have noticed. 0___0 maybe it's just me. Anyway, the song sounds so great, the instrumental, the drums are heavy, the guitars (or synths, can't tell) sounds powerful, the pads and fx behind it all, wow this track's gonna be a big one. :D

    Speak for yourself. "Let the floods cross the distance in your eye" is a genius description of sorrow. Maybe one of LP's best lines.
