I love the pause in the middle of the chorus! I am also loving the fact that its a poppy sort of song.
Look even if I end up hating this album (which I doubt, but let's just throw that out there)...I have to hand it to this band for refusing to stand still and never sounding the same from MTM onwards. The fact the band keeps being totally unpredictable is refreshing and I believe it's a large part of why this band is actually growing in fans (check FB likes for proof) vs becoming less popular with time.

Gosh Im scared that Im gonna overplay this amazing chorus before the full song is released but eff it.
They are just the best freaking band in the world. I can't find a word to describe 'em but I'll take what some journos have labelled them with: "Alchemists" .. Man it's pure magic.
To me it sounds like they incorporated a bit of everything though MTM and ATS are more prevalent in this snippet.
It's why they've been my favorite band for 12 years running now. I never grew out of them because they grew with me. I love rock. Bands like Breaking Benjamin, 3 Doors Down, Rise Against, Paramore...as well as metal, Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, and even stuff like Asking Alexandria. But that stuff gets stale after a while. Rock can only variate so much. Linkin Park does what almost nobody else realizes, and that's that they evolve their music every album. It keeps their sound fresh, exciting, and makes me respect them so much as musicians, regardless if they're not the most technical band out there.
I wanna hear Lost in The Echo from what i read it seems like that song is gonna be badass the heavy stuff with new stuff
