Haha, they definitely need to reset and get right back into it, otherwise the Heat'll just trample them.
    It was pretty tense though.
For sure, it makes things a hell of a lot tougher for Bulls from here.

And the Mavs lost to the Thunder at the last second, again >_< .. So frustrating, but it was an exciting game nonetheless.

As much as I hate to say it, the Knicks are fucked. Lin is out, Chandler's got the flu (and supposedly it's spreading to the rest of the team), Shumpert's got a torn ACL, Stoudemire's injured. With Rose out in the Bulls, The Heat are practically uncontested in the East.

Couldn't agree more, with all the injuries to star talent in the East, it should be a fairly easy ride for the Heat. They have injuries, too, but their guys are still out there playing.

And how about that shot by Durant? Damn, between the Thunder defense and the combination of Durant - Westbrook - and Harden on offense, they looked really smooth last night.

The Heat themselves are unpredictable though. Nevertheless, Heat!

I was so dev'd (devastated) when the Clippers took the win over Memphis, I'd put my invisible money on them just for the hell of it. That was a hot rally at the end of it though.

That was insane. The only game worth watching today and I didn't watch it.

Hoping? As much as I hate the Heat, you really don't have any competition in the Knicks at this point. Shumpert's their best D for Wade and he's out. Chandler is still sick, we don't have a decent PG (no, Baron Davis DOES NOT COUNT) and a couple more injuries. Heat move on to round 2.

I don't think it was ever a competition between those two. That Clippers game was absolutely amazing. I'm not liking all the blowouts thus far, though. Hopefully as the playoffs progress we'll begin to see closer games, like the Oklahoma City - Dallas game one.

Definitely a fan of the Clippers. As an LA-native that isn't a Lakers fan, it was very hard being a Clippers fan before the Blake Griffin era.

The Knicks honestly had somewhat of a chance if everyone was healthy. A Lin-distributed offense with Chandler and Shumpert on D are an understated force to be reckoned with. But as it is, this season is done.

I wonder if Woodson will play Smith and Novak most of the game like he should be. They have no chance if they aren't making 3's. Plus Novak is 6'10''. It's a no-brainer. Stop trying to play Davis or Bibby. You don't need a ball-handler in the NBA anymore. Anybody can dribble the ball and play point. You don't need to play small guys. Have Carmelo or Fields or Smith handle the ball. Gotta man up.

I don't see why Bibby is even considered an actual player anymore. He's way past his prime and sucks now.

Amar'e Stoudemire cut his left hand by punching a fire extinguisher, now that's irresponsible when you know you have a duty to do with your team.

He's always been a fiery, passionate player, but that's just stupid. Plus, OKC goes up 2-0 against Dallas, another great game. That has to be my favorite series this round. I think Boston - Atlanta is going to be interesting, too, since the Celtics always have a habit of taking people to 7 games.

Heat took out the second game of the series with a 104 - 94 win.
Indiana tied things up with Orlando with a 93 - 78 win.
Oklahoma now two up on defending champions, winning 102 - 99.

I also laughed my ass off at:

Lebron gets away with flopping and then bad fucking sportsmanship from Wade. Seriously, like I need any more reason to hate the Heat.

I'll agree that it's not a good sportsmanship by Wade, but so many other players have done that (Jordan included). Plus, Bibby was his teammate last season, maybe it was a joke between the two.
