Linkin Park in Kerrang! Magazine 2012 Album Preview Special

I saw that too! Looks like a load of crap to me.

I feel like all this is gonna say is something along the lines of:

The wikipedia article obviously seems fake, especially the messenger 2. But it does seem odd that they knew about the band talking to kerrang! before we did. Also I'm sure Mike did talk to them around a week ago. Is it possible that parts from what was on wikipedia are true?

 

LOL if everything from that Wikipedia article was legitimately true.

 

I think the Kerrang! thing was more of a coincidence rather than actual "knowledge", I mean, I don't think there is a really wide magazine selection for LP to give an interview and reveal some information about the new album other than K!, well that's what I think.

As for the paragraph itself, I personally think it's very crappy crafted, way too much detail in it and that's not the LP way to give away stuff, they won't even break the information to us fans like that, they prefer to encode stuff and troll with us before even telling us the single name or even a date.

 

If that stuff from Wikipedia was true, Id likely shit in my pants a little. I mean... Slash? That would be fucking amazing.

But Im kinda on the fence... I mean its strange they knew about kerrang, but alot of that info seems a bit iffy. That and LP are never that open with the info... Plus Slash is an FB status whore. I cant see him not say something about going into the studio with LP. I guess we will find out in two days.

SUPER PUMPED though.

 

I never believe wikipedia stuff until I see it first hand from a real source but the whole things sound silly. I don't think Linkin Park will EVER, EVER, EEEEEE *hits head* EVER do guest spots on their album unless it's a remix/special album.

 

I agree slash would be amazing. But I feel like if LP are going to collaborate with an artist they would be from more of a hip-hop background. Somebody like Lupe Fiasco would be great in my opinion.

I'm very skeptical about the info from Wiki, but if it is true, I like the sound of the song title "Pain & Medicine". Also, I wonder how many of those "13" tracks would be regular songs instead of interludes. It's probably not even legit information though, but we'll see Wednesday! I can't wait!!!!!!

 

I do not want collabs on this or any other album. I don't like that idea no matter who with. Unless its jimi hendrix back from the dead, not interested
