The beat from the second verse and chorus is EXACTLY the same as the beat in New Divide. Just sayin'
IMO the original is better but I think Wretches and Kings might have been a better choice for the movie. Industrial distorted samples = the sound of autobots gettin down to business.

So they pretty much butchered the song by taking all the emotion out of it. At first I was exited about Iridescent being in Transformers, now im a little embarrassed that this version is in the movie. When TC came out I thought that would be the single for TF3, now I think it should of been. Maybe a few more listens ill like it more

In the context of the album, the original Iridescent is perfect.

But as a stand alone song, I actually enjoyed this version a little more with the exception of the cut up bridge.

Ok, I must admit....listening to this song a few days later and treating it like a brand new song, the emotions are actually still there and I'm beginning to actually think I may really like this version as well. So there's my new opinion.

I gave it a few more listens and the only thing I hate about it is the shaking like tambourine(dont know how to spell it) sound in the back ground. I find it so annoying because thats all I can hear when I listen. The whole upbeat sound really killed it for me
