I never really noticed it until lately, but I've realized that in some of LPs songs, the lyrics they write talk about the sun. Is there suppose to be a meaning behind the reason they use that word a lot? a few of the songs for example are papercut, shadow of the day, a place for my head, forgotten, by myself (demo), dedicated, wretches and kings, and a probably some others that I can't think off the top of my head. I love their lyrical writing, I just find it very interesting!
NO FUCKING WAY. I was thinking exactly the same thing about five minutes ago when listening to Forgotten.
LOL that is awesome! I was thinking about it for a few days, so i had to post it and see everyone elses opinion.
Chester is a pagan who worships the sun. I thought it was a well known fact. He even said it in an interview for Rollingstone Magazine a couple of years ago: http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/chester-bennington-is-a-pagan-22101986
Don't forget A Thousand Suns. They are clearly obsessed with the sun. We do. Women > The Sun. I predict that LP's next album will be called A Million Women.
idk.. but this made me think of esauls lyrics.. "soon the aztec moon will heat my room..." it could just be a coincidence or they just really like using the sun in a metaphorical sense. these guys love their metaphors.
LP's new song = I like women Mike: yo i got all my hoes so shut the fuck up my bros i go dem with lowz thats the way it goes i cant talk hooty but i like to shake their booties ... oh god, no, please, Linkin Park better not go in that direction ._.
I have noticed this too .-. Bros before hoes. >:C ...Anyways Maybe the world shall never know. I could be one of their backgrounds/ethnicity/childhood/religion things. But I don't know.
OKAI so wen I wus lookin at that ATS puzzle, I found in this obscure language that the part of the puzzle that was suppozed to be "A Thousand Suns" translatez to "Exploding Women." My speshal conspiracy powers say that that's part of the next CD.
