I think I was the only one that felt the trailer was too weak. It started out alright and got better though. But I still have faith in this movie and can't wait for it to come out. And also I feel that the reason the trailer doesn't have too much going is because maybe Nolan doesn't want to give too much away.
It'll be curious to see what they do with the original Bane storyline. I like how Act 1 of Knightfall ended, and it'll be interesting if Nolan incorporates that into the movie.
I feel this way too. I mean to me it doesn't even compare to the Dark Knight trailer, which is probably the best trailer ever made. I am excited for the movie though. What do you guys think, will it live up to the awesomeness that was The Dark Knight? So far that's my favorite of the trilogy. One of the only times I've liked a sequel more.
You guys are missing the point of the trailer. The final trailer is deliberate in its slow progression; a personification of the state Gotham and most significantly Bruce Wayne is in. Moreover, the ambiguity of the film is retained despite being the third trailer to be released for the film. TDKR trailer #3 perfectly sets the tone for the film. The Dark Knight trailer went through the motions and revealed the gist of the plot. Which isn't exactly a problem as it is the standard practice with trailers after all.
This. I've been cautiously excited for Bane in this movie ever since they made the announcement. I'd like to believe that Nolan has the chops to pull the storyline off, but sometimes Hollywood wins.
I can't wait for this movie. I been dying to see if for a while, and my husband won't shut up about it lol. I love this series.
This is Christopher Nolan we're talking about here, the man behind Memento/The Prestige. and NOT Michael Bay . If anyone can pull it off, he can.
TDKR confirmed to be better than Citizen Kane, Casablanca, Godfather, Gone with the Wind and Lawrence of Arabia.
