This is embarrassing to ask, but what is this?
Mike mentioned this song awhile ago as a pre-Linkin Park track that they supposedly performed during one of their shows. No one knows exactly what it is, but it is registered in the BMI Repertoire for some reason. Clicky clicky

Nope. No known recordings exist at the moment.
It originates from the Xero days, but was performed live with Chester at some point. It's in the same boat as APFMH/Forgotten, just didn't get nearly as far as the other 2 did.
