is it weird that really the only song i've been able to get into on this album is the Prelude 12/21 intro?
i agree with those who have said that you can't follow up a masterpiece, as Sing the Sorrow was most definitely epic. plus, i don't think afi evolved quite successfully this time, because they seemed to have lost some emotion, and seem more laid back. just because the music changes gives no excuse to lose feeling. my friends and i agree that this is the only major problem with the album, but besides that, it's pretty much bomb tits. milky, if you know what i mean. sexy to the mad extreme. i feel when people say "summer shudder" is good, but i think "love like winter" and "37mm" beat out both of them. plus, "kiss and control" has lyrics that remind me a lot of "this celluloid dream" on sts, which is one of the best songs ever.
well, like i already said, i really really like this album. STS was very good too, so were all the old school AFI albums...but all of us just expected too much after STS...well i just listen 2 DECEMBERUNDERGROUND thinking dat STS doesnt exist, that way i really fall in love with the album !!!
