The Linkin Park Association, with permission from Machine Shop Records and Fort Minor Management (and the help of a longtime friend), are pleased to present an exclusive to you, our valued visitors.

We're happy to announce the release of the official Fort Minor instrumentals for 'The Rising Tied's four singles; "Remember The Name", "Petrified", "Believe Me", and "Where'd You Go?". The songs originate from an instrumental CD made especially for artists wishing to remix, sample, or showcase Fort Minor songs.

Enjoy (Right Click and Save Target As).

    Believe Me

    Where'd You Go?

    Remember The Name

    Petrified

Editorial Note: While we are aware that more songs may be desired by the public, the single instrumentals are the only songs currently cleared by MSM and Fort Minor for release. While we would be happy to provide more to you, non-single instrumentals are currently not cleared for release and thus are deemed illegal to be hosted at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

    Awesome!

In less than a year, Fort Minor has gone above what I've come to expect with LP and/or LP-related things.

Anyone up for a Grey Album-esque The Rising Tied?

I'm totally up for that. FM or LP Vs. The Beatles? Total hotness.

Especially considering The Beatles are one of my favorite bands of all time. I damn near welled up watching Chester sing with Paul.

But really we would also need a few (more) FM/LP acapellas...

EDIT: I will title it 'The Rising Yellow Submarine.'

    Any takers on songs?

Well my view is..if we totally respect FM's management and don't do anything to piss them off, perhaps they might hook us up in the future.

Of course that's only wishful thinking but ;).

    Nice one, Derek. ;)

Hah, wow. It's interesting hearing the song without lyrics. I now hear some things I didn't hear before. Cool. ^_^

Sorry my friend but that's the way it is.

You most likely wont see a surge of Linkin Park information till at least June. The band is very busy narrowing their song ideas down to fit on an album. Right now they're at about 30 ideas (after originally starting with around 70), they need to narrow that down to a yet to be determined number before we hear any 'samples' or information about the new CD.

    An idea just hit me:

The Rising Tied vs. The Downward Spiral.

You're playing with fire now tasta :p. Most NIN fans regard NIN's work as godly and untouchable by anybody else.

(I.e. My friend tore apart LP's cover of Wish saying it was absolute crap.)

These are legit..TRUST ME. I had to ask Fort Minor's management for permission to release them.

Some of the instrumentals are demos though. Like Kenji doesnt have some of it's strings and Feel Like Home has no scratches. Of course we're not allowed to release those two, so don't ask :p.

I tried "Believe Me" with an accapella of "Only" because they're both uptempo songs.

    Worst idea ever.
