Hey, I wanna get an ipod, but I don't want one of these sissy 20 gig ones. Don't they sell bigger ones? Like weren't ther 60 gig ones when they first came out?

There's a 60GB iPod which also displays photos, which goes for $449.00 but holds 15,000 songs.

I actually might wait a bit, because I think there might be a new iPod coming this summer. It's possible the next iPod will be bigger and have the option to play movies.

Rumor has it, that sometime in the summer, new iPods will be released (shuffle and mini not included) with color screens across the entire line, essentally making them all iPod photos

If you can't wait that long, there's the 30gb and 60 gb iPod photo.

No offense or anything...

How can you not be satisfied with 20 GBs? My Dad has tons of Cd's put on his Ipod...he has more than 15 GB's left.

But yeah..if you want more..iPod photo's the way to go.

I've got about 10 gigs left on my 40 gig iPod, obviously I wouldn't be happy with only 20 gigs

I guess it just depends on how much music you have.

I personally have 15+ gigs of music, so I really wouldn't be satisfied with a 20gb. It would only last a few weeks before I filled it to capacity.

I need a 40GB one soon. As I don't think 1.5GB is enough for my 20GB+ library.

I've heard of the rumor of the iPod that will play videos. But yeah, just gotta be patient. I have a 20 gig iPod and I love it. But my music library is getting bigger. I'm about up to 15 gigs right now. I'm sure once the new iPods come out, i'll give this one to my dad and buy myself a new one. But if you want one right away, and if you have the money, go for the iPod photo.

Biggest one you can get is a 60GB iPod Photo.
I'm predicting Apple will release new gen of iPods this year that will be able to play videos since the new version of iTunes has the capability to play videos stored in your HD, not just trailers and music videos from the iTunes store. So if you could also wait for those.

It isn't really a prediction when the person who posted before you did says the same thing.

They'd have to increase the harddrive by a bunch to play movies though, only a few can fit on a 60gb drive. Not that I would like, know or anything.

A movie, unless its insanley long, is around 700 megabytes or so. Thats more than 60 movies. Space isn't the problem, battery life is. That would just drain the battery.

Does anyone know how much iPod Photos are going for? I can get an iPod for my B-day and I maybe can get one. I was gonna get an iPod mini, but I might get an iPod Photo.
Been to 14 LP shows, 2 DBS shows and 1 FM show, and still going.
