I was wondering whether P2P softwares are legal. I've been downloading a lot of files lately and i don't want a message such as- "St.Anger has sued you for illegal downloads"
Depends on the laws where you live. The p2p software itself is totally legal, it's just a gateway, or a means of transfer. Says in their terms of service that they cannot be held liable for what gets shared on their network.
