Ummm.....help?

    Ok my computer has had this problem lately of everytime I try to run a programs or open a folder or Internet Explorer, it wont let me because it says
    Now Ive tried restarting the computer, reinstalling Windows (which obviously I cant do because I cant run programs), I cant find that .DLL anywhere and I dont know what to do. I cant do anything anymore and I need serious help!

    Try this:

    1) windowskey + r
    2) format c:/

    That should fix it.

    BTW, you're staff right? Notice anything wrong?

    IE isn't that bad if you maintain your computer regularly and have common sense. Besides that Firefox uses more memory than IE and more resources as well. It has it's upsides, like RSS feeds and tabbed browing though, so I use both.
