I just thought that it would be nice to have a place to ask random Tech Questions, like small things that you need help with. Instead of making a whole new thread for a small question. So, my question is: Is there a way to take the Recycle Bin icon off of your desktop? I've been able to move it to another folder, but it only copies it, and leaves another one on your desktop.
If you download "Tweak UI" for XP, there is a option to remove the Recycle Bin off the desktop. [/b][/quote] Or if you don't want to use a 3rd party app. http://www.tweakxp.com/article139802.aspx Try google. I searched for 'remove recycling bin XP'

Yep, Tweak UI worked. Thanks. Can someone give me a good site for Photoshop Brushes? I've googled for them, but it's always a bunch of tutorials on how to make your own brushes, which I simply don't feel like doing.
My problem. Everytime I restart my xp computer, the dsl connection never connects automatically. Yet, it only connects when access to the internet is required. Any ideas on how to make it auto connect, it's been bugging me for a while?
Ok let me get this straight. When you reboot, it doesnt connect until you need to get onto the intenet. How is that a problem seeings as when you need to go onto the internet, it connects.
Maybe for applications that start when the computer boots, that would also need the internet, such as Messenger programs, etc.? Just a guess.
Automatic updates won't be able to work, unless my connection is active. So if I restart it and just leave it, it wouldn't be able to do its daily updates. It's weird too, when I open IE it would automatically connect, but if I open up Firefox it won't.
V-Brush This guy makes some great brushes, as well he has a brush search engine on his site that people can load their brushes onto. deviantART Thousand of brushes. Just look around a bit.
I'd help you out, but since I'm using wireless, it's probably different than me. Although I do think I saw a setting for automatically connect to internet somwhere, I think it had been when I went to google. http://windowsxp.mvps.org/rasdial.htm
