Doesn't a mixer just set the volume for each induvidual track in a song?
How does that have any what-so-ever impact on a already written song?

I think you got mixing and re-mixing wrong.
    ... at best.

Wake the fuck up people, the flaming i'm getting here is only a product of the deep denial you all feel.

I honestly feel sorry for you, he has at least touched the volume of each track, thus the negativity in his body (originally transmitted from Justin Bieber's mental unconciousness) has transmitted from his brain, to his fingertips, into your brain, you may find yourself becoming quite depressed listening to Burn It Down, and that is why.

Let's play a game. What's some of your favorite music right now? Name a couple artists.

No the flaming you are getting is only a product of your ignorance towards the person who is mixing the album, who just so happens to be the guy that mixed a Justin Bieber single.

No it's a product of you talking shit about music you havn't heard and about a guy whose skills you have no idéa about.
You're just shitting on it for the reason that he worked on ONE Bieber song.

    This.

And no Promofrog, there is no flaming. Just people pointing out how hopelessly ignorant and uninformed your replies in this thread have been.

Mixing, not remixing! I think Manny is a great choice. Meteora was mixed for little girls too and it came out awesome!

Okay, out of that list I randomly picked Massive Attack because I love them.

Massive Attack's album Heligoland was mixed by Mark Stent. What else has Mark Stent worked on?

    http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/jan99/articles/spike366.htm

"Stent also mixed all the singles from the first Spice Girls album, including 'Wannabe', and the whole of their second album, Spiceworld."

OMFG MASSIVE ATTACK SOUNDS LIKE SPICE GIRLS!!!1
