Mike or Rick again, if we're being realistic.

Trent Reznor if we aren't.

Another idea I had would be for Mike to co-produce with Shaun Lopez (yeah another Deftones producer). Maybe they could collaborate with Jonah Matranga as well (Far FTW).

Mike should do it solo. Just so LP can get back to being LP. No Gilmore, no Rubin, no fancy producer to complicate things, just good old Reiliable Mike. He proved what he can do in the Past with the Hybrid Theory EP.

With just Mike's guidance LP will be able to combine their old (indipendant/pre warner bros) sound with the new revalations they experiemented on MTM and create a masterpiece.

Although if there is a producer out there who is also capable of doing it along side Mike... who knows?

Lopez was definitely a good guitarist... he hasn't produced much yet though, has he?

Yeah, I'd probably say Mike, Nakamura or Ezrin, or Mike with either of the latter two.

He produced the vocals on Saturday Night Wrist as well as the new Will Haven album. So, not a lot of experience as a producer, but his experience in Far is enough.

Don Gilmore, honestly, i'd rather go back to that sound than have another MTM :S

Basically, anyone but Rick Rubin will do for me. It annoys me to an extent with MTM that LP weren't doing what came naturally or striving for a perfect album. They were just blindly following every word Rubin uttered, no matter how ridiculous.

Screw it, Mike should just produce alone. He's more than capable of doing so

I should produce it. No, seriously. Mike Shinoda along with Joe Hahn. Plus outsider of the band Dan Nakumura

Mike solo would probably be the best option...

After all, being in the band, he knows them best.

...or maybe Adam D from KSE

I hesh will produce the next album, and Mike will be rapping, and chester shall not be singing. Hahn will also be scratching. I guess you can just call it the Linkin Park mixtape. :)

I doubt there'll be another MTM whether you liked it or not... they seem like they're at least past the point where they'll do the same thing for nigh on a decade like they had done.

I think it would be very challenging for Mike to be the only producer so I don't think he will produce the next album by himself. In my opinion it would be great if Don Gilmore would be the producer again!

They should get rid of Phi, get back one of those awesome bass players that they had in the past

Mike should produce it and they should try to do a HTEP-MTM mix
    how cool is that? XD

Howard Benson or Don Gilmore again. That would be kind of cool.
