That is dope, Todd. Got a 360 today. Well, my brother did. He's been playing with it for 6 hours now, still haven't gotten a chance to test it out. First thing I'm doing is going to the Xbox Live Dashboard and testing out a bunch of demos for games like PGR3, Ghost Recon, and DOA4.
Nice one Todd Im getting a new game again, but does anyone knows a good game? And no, im not getting Prey.
I have alot of games to buy these upcoming months Need for speed Carbon Need for speed Most Wanted (classic) Forza Motorsport 2 Call of Duty 3 and Halo Wars is gonna own so much the trailer looked awesome. And there's a Halo 4 coming up!
Hey guys, im thinking of buying an X-Box 360, im a playstation man, so i dont really know much about the X-Box, and with the PS3 delayed, AGAIN! im just going to go ahead and get one of these and HD-TV, can someone just give me a little info, should i just get the core system or go for the full whack? is it really as big a jump as they say? any other info would be great, thx!
Id buy the full whack, which I did but its up to you. I bought it because of the headset and the 14 GB hd. You can play backwards compatible with the full but not with the core, but correct me if im wrong. Ant: bummer
your right chris but if you dont have any old xboxgames you can buy the core system because the wireless controlles isnt very handy
I thinks they're pretty handy. I can go to the kitchen and control the music from there. I can even kill zombies from there
Buying the core system would be a waste of your money. For 100$ more, you get a shit load more stuff that if you bought seperately, would definitely cost you more. Get the bang for your buck if you're going to go out and buy it.
Get a premium pack, because as well as having a hard drive with, as viper said, a cool game saved onto it, as the games get bigger I'm willing to bet there will be a lot more that need a hard drive for you to play as well as just Football Manager. If you go premium you also ought to get either a load of AAA batteries for the controller or a battery pack.
My neighbour bought one last weekend and we've been playing on it everyday. He has the premium pack and the biggest HDTV I've ever seen (it's HUGE!). He bought Saints Row with it and at first I thought it was a very good game but now I'm not so sure anymore. GTA4 is going to own Saints Row from the first second you play it. He rented Oblivion too and I don't really really like that game either... I'm thinking of getting one myself too and I'll probably just use my PC monitor, which I think is big enough ('19 inch). We downloaded Tony Hawk: Project 8 and I'm going to buy that game with my Xbox360. It looks kick-ass. See for yourself, if you don't believe me. =>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkwerdrhqJg I was really looking forward to getting a PS3 but now it's just getting too expensive and the waiting is killing me.
