Nah, apparently Dan had been aiming to do another solo album for a while and their last one only came out in 2013, they normally take 3 years or so between albums so this shouldn't effect ALk3...
2. Paramour Sessions
5. Getting Away with Murder
The joke segment was about twice as long as it needed to be.
His actual review is on the money though.
Hate the album. Completely indistinguishable from the 3 before it. Gravity is the most hilariously oblivious rap-rocking I've heard in a long time.
Dogs Eating Dogs was pretty rad, so I was excited for something new to materialize. A shame, I had thought Tom dropped the douchebaggery a while back. Sad to see I was wrong.
But holy jesus Matt...
Gone Away by The Offspring.
Surely you have evidence that that's happened, right?
I feel the need to point out that most of the people fighting wars tend to get a tad bit racially insensitive.
Or did you guys not know back in World War 2 they would take the skulls of dead...
Even funnier because Chester was like the one Linkin Park guy Sublime actually later came out and not only defended, but put over in a very big way.
He jump off something again?
I was really looking forward to this, best album they've released in years with Rise Against and way closer than they've been to me and years.
Nope. Sounds better. People pounded the "visceral" shit into the ground as a joke but it was refreshing to hear his voice sound more genuine as opposed to pitch perfect.
Actually throw me in with the MTG detractors; alright song but I've never gotten the urge to listen to it own it's own like with All for Nothing of Final Masquerade and as far as LP "epics" go it's...
NO FUN ALLOWED GUYS!!!!!
The hell with you guys, the Faint/Toxic thing was great and I'm interested in more like it.
Just some of Mikes paintings again. Of what is pretty much irrelevant, I just like his art.
The drawn version of Hunting Party is pretty great though, that should have been the official artwork....
This guy knows the deal.
If it's Brad they'll just never say anything and nobody will ever know the difference. They'll just Weekend at Bernies him on tour for a while.
Wow they're outsold by an album that came out in 2013? Not good.
It's just that over a decade out nobody really gives a shit about Linkin Park anymore. Or even rock in general, if you crunch the numbers they do surprisingly well for a non rap or country act.
Probably another shot at a Living Things esque "throw it all together and see what comes out" album. I think had LT was a bit less polished it would have been recieved better and now that they've...
I mean that's a valid enough point but I really don't see how you can really make a solid case that FTI is as "heavy" as Giving Up or No More Sorrow.
Did anybody actually watch it yet? The controversy and ban was the best possible thing that could have happened marketing wise, the movie was terrible.
War. You hear "Linkin Park punk song" and think 'Wow that's gonna suck complete ass', but they nailed it.
Run Away and From the Inside aren't particularly "heavy" songs. Heavier than their...
I figured it out.
Didn't Mike actually say he wrote like a shitload of electro-pop shit for what was supposed to be the 6th album before scrapping it for HP? I'd actually say they were just about to become...
