Challenge

the new album is a little over 70 days away and i would like to post a challenge to all of you. the challenge is to buy the cd the first week it comes out. nsync sold about 2 million copies of it's album in it's first week and i'd like to see Linkin Park beat them. show them that pop is dead and rock rules supreme.

reanimation sold about 400,000-500,000 copies in it's first week, alot of people said they wouldn't be buying it because it was a remix album. all we need is 4-5x that. :P. i'm not forcing you, but we'd all like to see LP break a world record. with a sure-to-be-kickass new single coming out, it should create alot of hype, and maybe people who like it will not only download the album, but buy it instead. tell your friends! start saving up! shovel driveways, do extra chores, get a paper route, do anything! but if we all can come together as fans of linkin park and do this as a whole, it'd be amazing.

just to let you know, you're no less of a fan if you just download the album, or if you buy it in the weeks after the release. but this would be an awesome experience if we could get everyone to chip in their $10-$15 in the first week. it'd even be cool if we could make it go platinum in one week.

I am gonna try not to listen the songs. But temptation will set in and I will be forced to download. But Linkin Park will still get my money from buying the CD, so its all good.

but i have one problem i know its coming out march 24th right but when i looked on like the sanity website for albums been realised it wasnt listed under that date as a matter of fact it wasnt listed at all :o so im gonna ask them about it hopefully :P

Theres no doubt that Metora will be mine the first day its out. Ive already got twenty bucks sealed away in an envelope, just to make sure i dont accidently spend it :)

Yea I'm going to do the same. Originally, I was going to download the single. But I changed my mind, I'll play it too much. So I'm just going to tape the Making The Video episode. That way, I won't watch it that much, because it will be too much trouble to keep rewinding it. On the computer, I can just repeat over and over with no troubles. So I'm not going to download the single. I'm going to wait it out until the whole album comes out.
