The Berlin Show

Allright, now its time for my story about the show in berlin.
Its been awhile since the gig (02 september), but I know everything, how can I forget that ####### awesome night.
linkin park had amazing support bands with. adema, alien ant farm and staind should support their show and I was really happy about the fact, that I was a big fan of all of this bands.
adema were awesome, they rocked the crowd and let no one in the area time to breathe or something. then alien ant farm entered the stage and were awesome too. but they didnt played "smooth criminal", which was annoying. I've waited for so long to see them and they didnt played this song. they are all ####### assholes.
staind was the next and they were even better than linkin park.

then, it was time for the headliner. I got tired cause I was moshing and crowdsurfing the whole night long. but they came and did a good show. chester looked very sick and his arm was broken and he had a cappy, which I had never seen before. they started with dont stay, chester and mike ran around the whole stage, they jumped and did everything (you know what). chester sang, screamed and went nuts. they played 17 songs, nearly everything from hybrid theory and a couple of meteora and there even a song from reanimation which was a funny surprise. when they played "a place for my head", the whole crowd went wild and I was injured by moshing with some crazy dudes.
mike even did stage diving during "in the end". but the teen girls nearly cut him his hands off and wanted to destroy the micro. aaron lewis from staind even came out and shout with chester the "shut up" part on one step closer. but it was all good, I was happy after I left the area. setlist was: dont stay, somewhere i belong, lying from you, papercut, points, runaway, faint, figure09, from the inside, with you, by myself, pushing rmx, numb, crawling, in the end, place for my head, osc...

I also was on this show in september and it was really great! I hope they will come to GER in june this year before PR04 starts.(if the rumors are true)

I was on that concert too and it was the best concert I've seen so far...
I've heard the rumours that they should come to Hannover & Munich,I hope that's true! :wth:

LP are coming to Munich and Hannover this June. The exact date wasn&#39;t specified yet. But they are...and they&#39;ll play at a festival (I forgot the name >_>) in Berlin I guess this May or June as well.

They will be at Rock am Ring on June 6, 2004, I think that is at Nuerburg, after they play the Download Festival in England. They were supposed to play Rock am Ring last year but Chester got sick.

Yes chester got sick last year so they had to cancel the festival shows. but it was a bad ass line-up as well (metallica, iron maiden, deftones, disturbed...).

Yeah I heard the rumours about hannover and munich too, but I&#39;m not sure about it. I would be glad if its true, of course, but I&#39;d rather want them playing more festival gigs. This would be quiet better in my opinion.

And if they play in berlin again this year....I surely will be there&#33; Look at those pictures and you instantly see what I&#39;m talking about. :whistle:

Yeah I heard some rumours about two concerts in June, too. But I guess the dates would have been already announced. mhh I can&#39;t imagine that they are that spontaneous... :unsure: well I hope that it&#39;s true, though. :)

I dont think that linkin park will join berlin, cause they already toured a few times through this city and there are a lot of other locations to play in, so I would believe in that romours &#39;bout hannover and munich.

but an other argument would be the fact, that berlin is the capital city of germany. more people would join the band there, but no matter what you all say: linkin park do not decide where to play, they have theur tour mananger and this motherf.u.c.k.e.r will decide this #### as soon as possible.

i would like LP to chose where they played - but like what you said there its a management thing.
you never know LP might end up playing there :rawk:
