ok, if there's no drugs handy, press hard on the point between below your index finger knuckle and your thumb. keep pressing it and it should go away. also drink loads of water. this works as i learnt it from a doctor and it has always worked for me.

I do it too, the brain damage makes you forget all about the headache :D
