In the end of the credits list when you can see what songs were written by whom it says that Linkin Park and Mark Wakefield wrote "Runaway" and "With You" is written by Linkin Park and The Dust Brothers . Who are those people ? and why are they also given the credit for writing the songs ?

If I'm remembering correctly they gave credit to the dust brothers for with you because they played the Reanimation version of with you, which the Dust Brothers were involved in (I think).

Could be wrong though.

No. The Dust Brothers created all of the electronic elements of "With You." Thus they were given credit. Joe did the remix on Reanimation.

Yeah, Mark Wakefield used to be in Hybrid Theory I think. He still associates with the band too, from what I got in my LPU news letter he's the one that records them on video tape and he's the one who probably recorded Frat Party. He's a real cool guy, from what I hear.

Perhaps that's a bit off topic, but why did Mark actually leave the band?

Mark = Xero's "Chester", Dust Brothers = basically producers. Like The Humble Brothers.

I don't know if he left or was forced to, but it's cause he lacked something vocally...

Mark had an awesome voice! He could scream well too! It was a pain that there was all that hiss during the Xero songs during when he screamed.

No clue, but I think I heard somewhere that he became Taproot's manager...correct me if I'm wrong.
