How many letters are in the alphabet?

When asked how old she was, Suzie replied, "In two years I will be twice as old as I was five years ago." How old is she?

I did it as a Math problem but I got 3. And if you had 2 years into that, it doesn't make sense. I'll keep trying, though.

is it 12?

I did it as a math problem too..letting x represent her current age.

Yes.

If she's 12, that would've made her 7 five years ago. In 2 years, she'd be 14. That's twice seven.

What do the dead eat, that the living would die if they ate it?

In a stable there are men and horses. In all, there are 22 heads and 72 feet. How many men and how many horses are in the stable?

The second one I don't know. Since it's math related, Hybrid Bunny can have it. :P
