opening song

If you had your choice of a song to start Hybrid Theory with, what would it be? I know it would be hard to change the order if you listened to it for so many times, but try it anyway.

It would be cool to have By Myself or Forgotten to be the first. They sound Beginning-of-an-albumish.

A Place for My Head...it has a very nice guitar in the beginning...very cool as an opening...plus the nice metaphore of the moon & sun etc.

I would say With You. I like how it builds up from quiet scratching to loud guitar-ness, it's a good high-energy song ^_^

U know what, I think all of the songs would be a great beginning to the album. I think only Pushing Me Away could be the ending because it has all the lyrics about "out of time." In The End would work but then where would u put Pushing Me Away.

I agree, Papercut fills the opening role perfectly and the lyrics are a great representative of the album.

With You or Points of Authority would be great beginners for the album. But I think Papercut assumes that role perfectly fine.
