DJ Joseph Hahn of Linkin Park received a chorus of boos after his second acceptance speech for 'Best Hard Rock Act' consisted only of a mumbled "Thank you." and then a walk off the stage.

Linkin Park had won Best Group earlier, in which Joe delivered a clear and much longer speech.

there were probably alot of S.O.A.D fans in the audience :P

did they want a longer speech? or do they just not like linkin park?

Mtv interpreted it as the length of the speech..we can never be sure tho.

He already gave his speach earlier, why would he say it again? I mean, that'd be kind of stupid to say your speach 2 times. They prolly just boo'd him because people didnt think LP deserved 'hard rock' or something. Who knows.
