i think she means to give people normal life not only economicly etc..
she means mentaly as well and to bring democratic system and make the people feel safe...
we have sufferd alot under saddams regieme and it takes lots of time to forget it... but true centuries is a bit exaggerate...

u think iraq will become a civilized country like U.S or Uk within weeks?
