These are the findings of the Education State Rankings, a survey by Morgan Quitno Press of the educational systems in all 50 states. Using 21 factors that included a strong commitment to students and teachers, an emphasis on excellence in the classroom, and support of safe, well-run public schools, Morgan Quitno Press, an independent private research and publishing company, ranked the states for their educational quality based on how they compare to the national average.

sheth, AZ kinda sucks. Here, in Arizona, the students are SMARTER than the teachers!! A 3rd grade reading level in high school is a good thing!!! I'm soooo serious!! My teacher can't even fill a waterbottle with vinegar!
