Favourite HT Tune

I still love listening to the HT album even though it is no longer the latest material Linkin Park have done and in fact has not been for some time. Still,i always listen to it even now but what is everybodies favourite tune? Alot of people will say its all good but im sure that everyone has one tune which perhaps touches them everytime they hear it and that they never get bored of hearing. For me, this song is the last on the album Pushing Me Away, whenever i hear it i can still remember what it was like hearing it for the first time and that really gets me. Perhaps this is why im not to fond of the Reanimation remix of this song as it takes the catchy original chorus right out and replaces it with what is a good alternative but it doesnt hit me quite the same way that the original did. Anyway i feel ive gone on enough about myself now, so what is everyones favourite HT track?

A Place For My Head probably for me. Something just comes over me when i hear it. I get a mega adrenaline rush and i can listen to it for hours on end and not get bored of it ^_^

i think i'm like Neil.. mine changes from time to time.. because there's a specific and individual reason why you like each song.. but i guess.. i think Forgotten and Pushing Me Away stand out for me..^^

I really love "a place for my head". the first, I've heard that song, I was just shocked, how emotional and heavy this song can be. its probably the most energetic song of the band.

Forgotten is my favorite song from Hybrid Theory. However, Pushing Me Away and With You are great too. It was hard to really pick a favorite. ^_^ So many of the songs are quite emotional, and they all have an effect on how I might be feeling right then.

it's really hard to choose a favourite, because HT is a really great album. But my favourite tracks are "Crawling" and "Papercut". ^_^

I love the songs "In The End" and "One Step Closer". Those were the first songs I listened to of LP.

I find it really difficult to choose a favourite song on this album because of its incredible depth...I could give a reason for every song why it would be my fave...so I just say "All of them are my favourite!!!" :P :D

I agree with most of your points. Meteora is slightly- okay, not slightly, more like rather "terrible". The only outstanding track from Meteora is "breaking the habit"- even then, becauxse of it's in-depth lyrics. All the chords and riffs are sometimes too monotonous.

In THe End has the best tune and is really obsessive, especially because I just learned how to play it on the keyboard. But Papercut has awesome lyrics and probably best represents LP.

ive had HT for a long time now and i dont really have a favorite song it depends on my mood to which song i prefer to hear, when i first got HT a had already heard one step closer crawling and in the end so besides them ( i tend to listen to only the songs i no wen i first get an album ) the song that stood out for me the first time i heard it was a place for my head

My favorite HT song it "In The End". Even though I couldn't choose because all there songs are the best. HT is my favorite alblum too. They have awesome songs and that is all that counts.

'Crawling', I must say, is my favorite... I'd not have known the band without hearing that song... I like sounds the first time it hit me and I kinda like what Mike had done with his part in it, doing the MC thing... (without a sense or confidence and I'm convinced that there's just too much pressure to take... yes, that what I'm saying!...) and although it doesn't show, like, clearly to people but emotionally I think the song is like representing the person I am on the inside... so it's kind of "personal" favorite...

'Pushing Me Away' - do it the "right" way, do it the "wrong" way, "flipped" it back, do it live, remix it... I think it'll work in any way... this is the song I'll play on and on, on and on, on and on... 'coz people would always regard me as the second person in everything and, well, the song just make sense to it...

crawling-cause when i listen to it i just feel something that's really hard to describe...it hurts me but it makes me feel like i'm higher than everybody else...

pushing me away-mmm...i cry on this song sometimes...that speeks for itself :blush: ...

there is not one single track i dislike on that album it is officially my favourite album EVER ^_^
i have to say one that means the most to me and will always kinda be my touchstone is 'In The End'
