40 Page Booklet

Hello Linkin Park Association Users

I have a question, and I know this question might be forgotten about, but it's important to me.

I need to know where I can purchase the 40 Page Booklet in Meteora without having to rebuy the CD. I accidentally misplaced and I need it real bad.

Any information?
