Who is saying all that stuff at the beginning of Cure for the Itch, and who was that guy who was saying it in the video on Frat Party? Was it mike or chaz in the song?

I heard that it would be Mr. Hahn's split personality, Remy :D .

So did remy perform Cure for the Itch's turntables and stuff, or was that mister hahn.

mr. hahn does the tables and stuff, but remy his split personality introduces him (I think).

anyway I also heard it was Remy, too. No, not my Remy, Hahn's Remy....

The guy you hear talking is Remy. Remy is Joe's other personality.

Joe most likely recorded his voice, and then distorted it to sound the way it does.

yeah, because when whover it is yells "MRRRR. HAAAHHNNN!" it sounds a lot like Chester did at the VMA's when he yelled "METALLICCCCAAA!"
