Sry guys, this mite be in the wrong forum, but anyways...
I can't upload an avatar. The administrator let me, but it just won't let me use an avatar that I want.

your avatar is probably too big (filesize). Try to compress it a little and make sure that it's under 80px in width and height.

Make sure the filesize is not too big and it is in .jpg or .gif format. :)
