my DVD player came with a home theatre system - and it's in the den right by my bedroom so I blast it up really loud so I can hear it there :)

I dont know what my stuff are called, but we have a stereo system in the living room and another one in my room. The living room's got 6 speakers I believe. And in my room, there are 4 smaller speakers mounted on the wall in various locations. They rock so hard, but I'm not aloud to blast it up so that the neighbors start complaining. What's the point of such an awesome set up if I can't even turn it up?

In my room for my computer I use:

Boston Acoustics BA7800 Analog Speaker System. Here's the specs:

Frequency response 38 to 20,000 Hz (±3 dB)
Maximum sound pressure level 111 dB (0.7 m)
Subwoofer 8 inches (200 mm)
Crossover frequency 180 Hz
Dimensions Subwoofer: 13 × 11.25 × 14.5 inches
Satellites: 7.5 × 5.25 × 4.25 inches
Weight Subwoofer: 21 lbs.
Satellites: 2 lbs. (each)
Satellite Cable Length Front: 8-feet
Rear: 20-feet

It's basically 4 speakers and one huge-ass subwoofer. My sound card is a Sound Blaster Audigy Audio with IEEE 1394 Sound Card.

For the living room, we have a Bose® 3·2·1 system. It has 5.1 sound or something. Here are its specs. (http://www.bose.com/home_audio/ht_systems/321/features.shtml)
