View Full Version : How many songs on LT will have clapping?

Prominent songs in the band's discography have involved clapping, with the now iconic clapping of Given Up, Bleed It Out, the Wretches and Kings speech, the clapping in the verses of Iridescent.

So which songs on LT will feature clapping? Clapping is interesting as higher frequencies are produced much like a snare drum, except the strings which often follow the hitting of the drum skin.. are replaced with "womp" of skin as the musician smacks his/her hands together, as seen in this image below:

Also: do you think clapping makes a mix more interesting or simply adds too many unnecessary frequencies to it?

If you don't have anything to add to the topic of musical clapping then please leave.

Take care, bye bye then.

Obviously, there will be no clapping on this record. Since, you know, clapping can be considered a real instrument. And this album won't be made with real instruments. At all. I thought this was already decided.
