View Full Version : How Serious Was 9/11?

I watched something about 9/11 on MTV today and I noticed that some of the things we obsess about arent importent. And I even admit Linkin Park isn't importent compared to some of the things this world is going through. These days people have forgotten 9/11. Its not something to forget. People think about Pearl Harbor more than 9/11. But yet entertainment moves on. I dont know if you agree with me. But 9/11 is an importent date not to be forgotten

I dont think we should completley forget about it. We still need to remember those who died, especially the firefighters and police who gave their life to save others

Yeah...I'm in England too...and although I'm not american in any way at all...I feel so bad for all the people-civilians AND serice people that died while trying to escape and/or help others...It's something that mustn't be forgotton...but everyone has to move on and be optimistic...

There's only one problem...I think George Bush is over-reacting...Ok...so it was horrific...but there's no need to launch a war on half the damned world!
Tony Blair is another person...he's RIGHT up george's arse...even if geogre spills coffe somewhere (just an example) Tony will be there to lick it up...I don't get it!

I'm not trying to be nasty...but just to get my opinion on politics across...sorry if I offended anyone...I honestly don't mean to...

i think George Dubya is doing a good job. They deserve to be killed. They killed our innocent people and we cant just sit here and do nothing. He is not over reacting at all

I removed the image from your sig because you stole it from the Linkin Park Network. You're robbing bandwidth from them. That's not fair to them that they have to pay for bandwidth that you're wasting. It's gone.

XxLPxX-I uploaded your sig pic somewhere else and put it back for you, just dont steal anyone else's bandwidth ;)

i don't want to seem inconsiderate or rude or anything, but i think george bush isn't doing that great a job. it's funny how the only time he even considers clamping down on terrorists is AFTER the tragedy happens. if 9/11 hadn't of happened, there would be no war against terrorism, just the US government doing a half assed job and ignoring the threats. it's just a crusade that saves his political career. this will be the only reason george bush will survive another 4 year term as president. i am truly sorry for what happened to these people. i mean no disrespect.

yeah, i saw that, but how you said it was the towns peoples. I wasnt talking about them. I was talking about the people that lives in tents. And i dont think that all the people was happy about that, just the ones that support Osama

Nikki
09-06-2002, 03:48 PM
And they only support him (being Osama) because they are killed if they don't. It is a really harsh country...everyone's well...not the nicest of people...
I agree with LPFAN05...they definatly should of sorted it all out before all this happened...especially because most of the buildings in America (as a whole) are...huge...and so, are really easy targets for twats like Osama
...Carlinha is also right...the US bombed a wedding party because the people were firing their guns into the air with joy...ok...I admit that firing guns for a celebration isn't the most common of ways to party...but still...they ment no harm, but they were still killed!

It all really pisses me off (whoops...I'm never normally like this honest) I fell so sorry for all the americans and other people that died...but killing more people isn't going to help! George really needs to think before he makes really bad desicions (sp?) and those have to be made WITHOUT Tony Blair up his arse and being the nations poodle...I can't wait till the next English general election...Blair is going DOWN!  and then what will Mr. Bush do without his little slave running around for him???

(I'm really angry right now...so sorry to those that I might of annoyed as well...you know the way I normally am...so you know I don't mean it... :( )
