Basically it is claimed that he told the woman he was a Jew and she consented to sex with him, then filed for rape when she realized he was a Arab. What are your guys thoughts on this?

This shows how bad the media has gotten. Sites like AOL who post news will post just about anything just so they can get a 1-up on how much news they cover. It shouldn't be about quantity it should be about the quality of the news and this news post on AOL is NOT quality news.

Stupidity on both ends but I don't understand the part where it says an "Arab" lies about being Jewish. Coming from the middle east does not automatically mean that they are Muslim. Damn stereotypes.

All Muslims and Jews are circumcised. It was started by nomads in that region of the world because of the sand causing irritation in that part of the body.

Judaism is kind of a race as well as a religion, I think they are using the term to mean he wasn't of Jewish ethnicity, opposed to of that belief system.

Pretty much summed it up. Judaism is a two part thing, religion and ethnicity. My family is Jewish in both respects. I'm an atheist and don't consider myself a believer in Judaism, but my ethnicity is still of a Jewish/Hebrew background and there's no changing that.
