that's hard to find. I heard that hostultra.com could let you do it. but not sure.

I dont believe HostUltra.com (http://www.hostultra.com) allows you to host mp3's.

Try just uploading it on Angelfire.com (http://www.angelfire.com) or Geocities.com (http://www.geocities.com). :)
