There's this amazing hot girl who goes to my college and i want to start a conversation or whatever i can get with her, but i don't know what the fuck to say since i don't know her, i don't take any classes with her and nobody that i know knows her. What would be a good thing to say without freaking her out? i'm planning to talk to her on wednesday real quick but when i was thinking about what i was gonna say i honestly didnt know. :lol:

Just start it off slow, as you walk past just give her the casual 'How you goin'" kinda thing, even if you don't actually enage in conversation with her. Just build up to something more, but you have to start somewhere.

I think you should casually find a way to get to know her first. :P It always seems kinda weird to have a guy you don't know, randomly ask you out. Sit next to her while she's eating lunch or something and try and strike up a conversation, or wave to her every once in a while and make it noticeable that you want to catch her attention somehow.
I know this guy I dated for a while used to randomly wave to me every day, but that definitely caught my attention for some reason and I started thinking that he was kinda cute. Then we gradually started talking and he asked me to Homecoming and then we dated for a while. So yeah, just catch her attention somehow, talk and get to know her and then ask her out.
That way she won't be too weirded out if she doesn't know you that well, you see? Hope my advice helps. <3

A lot of the girls I've spoken to have said that cheesey lines can work. Mainly because it can be seen as really cute. I wouldn't suggest it though.
I have the same problem as you generally but you've gotta push yourself to just go for it. The worst thing that can happen is rejection, if that happens then just admit defeat and leave her be. If you work slowly you can start to gain a friendship and then see if she's worth asking out properly.
Otherwise, you could use some of the pick up lines that I've used in the past:
"You'll do." *Insert kissing here*
*I walk off on the girl then walk back to her straight afterwards*
"Sorry, I forgot something..." *Insert kissing here*

These are all great tips, although, my main problem is that most girls I find pretty and like to date I've known for years and years since kindergarten... so if I'd go up to them and use such a lame pick up line they'd just think I was crazy.

I have the same problem as most guys have admitted to, so I don't really have any advice. I have gotten better in recent years though, seeing as how I couldn't even speak to a girl that I had at least some interest in. But whatever I have tried hasn't worked. I'm 20 and I havn't had a legitimate girlfriend since I was 15.
All I can say is just grab your balls and go for it, just make sure you let go before you actually get within 5 feet of her, though. :lol:

i've been having problems talking with girls almost all my life... let's just say i wasnt too popular. lately all have changed. college is working out for me. in high school i used to like girls but didnt know how to approach them. now in college if i have a class with them is easier to start off a conversation. if not then i try to figure out what kind of person she is, so i wouldnt come out as a freak when i talk to her... for one girl i always saw her in the library reading on the same table. one day i sat across from her and pretended to be studying. on a blank paper i wrote "hi" and gave it to her... by the end i had her phone number. a usual i do is look at them and give them a humble smile from a distance. from there she notices me and i just go up to talk to her. another way to start a conversation is to stop and ask her politely and with confidence "do i know u from somewhere?" and just keep on convincing her that she was somebody i knew from long ago. she is gonna keep on denying it, there's the chance to ask about her... name and other info... before you go just tell them that you think she is pretty. smile. walk away.. that's about the best i could tell you. best of luck!

Not everything will go as you want/expect, always be prepared to jump at the perfect opportunity. Don't be so nervous because the girl doesn't know you so she has nothing to judge aside from how you present yourself, so present yourself as confident, not someone who just shit their pants. Keeping that in mind, Nike has the perfect slogan for you.

nope there are some cafeterias that i go to, or sometimes we cross the street and eat at subway. no i've never seen her eating @ school, this girl is like a ghost. so hard to find. *sighs*

Whenever you walk to class and see her walking, smile.
Then work towards "hey"....then "how are you?".
But you can always go with "how you doin'?" ;)

I know you don't really know her personally that well, but have you two got any common interests? That's how I met my girlfriend, I just randomly walked up to her, asked her if she went to a concert I went to, and it went from there :lol:.

Its not that hard, waiting for steve to come out of his class I sat down on one of the leather sofas, this lad was sat opposite me and I struck up a convo and I'm quite shy. Ok so there were some awkward silences, but we still chatted a little bit, he probs thought I was weird but meh.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Back on topic, I can't really help you. I've only been in one relationship in my entire life, and that lasted for three weeks. So I don't know what to say. The only way I even got into that relationship was simple, I messaged her on myspace saying that the anime she liked was cool. I've also been stuck on the same girl for over a year now, and she still won't go out with me.

I was gonna ask some girl out about 4 months ago or something but didn't and now she's with some other guy. It still pisses me off and I regret putting the chance off for so long that someone else took theirs.

there's this girl i used to like, and today's her birthday. now, we're not that close. but, this morning, in the heat of the moment, as everyone shoved presents in front of her, i came out with a card in a pink envelope and said "look, i got you a card! ha!" ... and rather than wonder why the hell i would give her a card, she was happy for it. and rather than assume i [ever] liked her, everyone else was like, "aw, that's so cute!" :D
as unrelated as that may be ... never mind. here's my advice because i'm lame at this sh*t - wait for an opportunity. and don't try too hard.
