Extended DVD

I pre-ordered the Bonus DVD/CD set from BandMerch a few months ago.
Well, as of today I've gotten no e-mails of whether they've shipped my order or not. Obviously, I didn't get it in the mail either.
Did anybody else encounter this problem and does it have anything to do with the recall in Canada?
This is driving me insane...

I never got emailed a tracking number, but mine got shipped friday and arrived on monday (a day early).

Wasn't sure where this fit in so sorry about that.
That's odd. I didn't even get an e-mail that confirmed it shipped. I'm really itching to get my hands on the DVD...
