What's your favorite song(s) from Minutes To Midnight?

I'm currently loving "Bleed It Out", "Leave Out All The Rest", "Hands Held High", "What I've Done", "Valentine's Day", "In Pieces", and "Little Things That Give You Away".

All of these songs had me singing along by the end of the first listen.

Bleed It Out is such a fun song. It's a shame it's so short!

And the solo in In Pieces is absolutely SICK!

A poll would be nice...

'The Little Things Give You Away' is the best song on the album but my favourite is 'No More Sorrow'.

I don't have favorites yet.

However, I am disappointed in Bleed It Out (so repetitive) and In Between (so monotone).

Everything else, hell yeah! Badass.

No More Sorrow is my favorite, but I like them all. :)

I agree with Kayce. Bleed it Out is repetitive and a bit short. In Between is quite boring. Every other song is pretty solid. Leave Out All The Rest and In Pieces really caught my attention on first listen.

In Pieces no question about it. Fucking beautiful song. Next would be Shadow of the Day, What I've Done, Given Up and Hands Held High.

Leave Out the Rest and In Pieces I think.

Valentine's Day and Shadow of the Day also impressed me my first time through.

No More Sorrow is definitely my favorite! Even though every other song is outstanding. But I am a little disappointed in Hands Held High, because I think Chester's voice would've made the song even better.

My favourite song is shadow of the day. Very soothing and uplifting. All the pop songs are beautiful and are full of emotion. Its just theirs no emotional rock songs like Somewhere i belong, Crawling and Numb.

The song I can't stop listening to since I first heard it is Valentine's Day, although the other songs are starting to stick to me.

I've voted for Leave Out All The Rest just from the 30 clip seconds; it seems to be a track that I will be highly looking forward to.

Everything except Shadows of the Day and Valentine's Day are awesome.

And my favorite song is In Pieces.

To me, the best song on the album is easily "In Pieces" It is a really great song, and I love the instrumentals. For some reason, the song made me think of System of a Down, especially Brad's guitar solo, which reminded me of Daron Malakian's style.

I also really like Bleed It Out, No More Sorrow, and The Little Things Give You Away.

I like the verses in Leave Out All The Rest but the chorus kinda ruined it for me.

I still can't get enough of Bleed It Out though :D

My favorites would have to be Given Up, In Pieces, Valentine's Day, Leave Out All The Rest, and Bleed It Out.

My least favorites are Hands Held High and No More Sorrow. Euuuugh I HATE politics in music.

I'm shocked no one has picked TLTGYA yet.

Im very shocked at that. Even if it was too over hyped, its still a great song, and the solo is stuck in my head for the entire day.

Anywhom, I voted for No More Sorrow - great song over all. In pieces was a second favourite.. I think... I need more listens

Loved the endings for both Valentines Day and Hands Held High.
Loved the mellow pop songs - Leave Out All The Rest and Shadow of a Day.

I have no idea why but I'm drawn to Valentine's Day and In Pieces

Can somebody explain why??

You know, its interesting that, while the biggest complaint about this album is that it is to soft, aside from no more sorrow, the two most "favorited" song are softer songs: Leave Out All The Rest and In Pieces.

Shadow of the Day.

Best Linkin Park song ever written.

I have only two complaints about this album.

Bleed It Out feels like it needs a 3rd verse, even if it's short, Mike should've dropped us with something amazing that way Chester could finish it off, and it also wouldnt've felt so repeative.

Chester's crackling voice in the begining of Valentine's Day. Urhg.

I do love the bass lines on this CD. Phi-Phi really stepped up his game, along with Brad and Rob. Awesome job, loving this CD.

No More Sorrow is my favorite though.

I got in love with "Shadow of the day". Great slow song and in my opinion one of the best track Linkin Park ever done. "Valentine´s Day" is also great and "The little things give you away" is very nice.

I vote for The Little Things Give You Away. This song just seems like a classic - LP's Stairway to Heaven IMO. It also showcases their true evolution as a band.

My second favourite is Valentines Day... for some reason i just love it. It kind of reminds me of the song format of Papercut. Verses draw on until that last 1 minute of the song where the sound completely changes for the better.

I vote for "Leave Out All The Rest " . I think that it's so nice , so melodic , and the lyrics is , too . I think that this will be the next hit of this album after What I 've Done ...
I also love "In Between" . The first time I heard it , I thought that Mike's vocal is not good as i thought lolz :D , but when I heard the song fully , I recognize that his voice did make the song become more emotional . That's great ..
If I had one more choice , I'd choose "The Little Things Give You Away" . The idea for the song , the inspiration is good :) . The guitar solo of Brad is , too . I even think that the guitar solo in this song is better than the one in "In Pieces" :) .
Thanks guys . Finally I chose "Leave Out All The Rest " as I 've heard it hundreds time :) :)
