heh alright...im pole vaulter for my school, i get around 10 feet or so....anyways, it was my first jump all year 2day, and i went up(i was bout 8 1/2 feet in air), and i didnt get any forward momentum, and i came down and landed in the pit, and when i landed i put ALL MY WEIGHT on my left foot....soo i cant even walk now, its badly bruised and i dont know how long i'll be out!! lol this sucks
