I guess we just live in that era, I guess. All the people we hear our parents talk about, or are mentioned in school, it's just that time.
There are going to be people we talk about to our kids and are famous at their time that will die and they will say "WTF DANE COOK IS DEAD?" for example.

He was an old man and had achived many things throught his life.

Heh. Who remembers that episode of the Simpsons when Bush senior moves to Springfield. And then at the end Gerald Ford moves in and he's just like Homer?
