I've noticed certain members of staff being singled out recentely and the way they handle thier jobs criticized.

Being the assistant webmaster of the LPA and basically co-owner of the site, I refuse to let anyone on my staff be bashed in such a manner. If you have a problem with a staff member please PM one of the three main people involved with the site, which are:

Omihomi28, Alex, and me LinkiedTheory.

Don't make a thread in public about it as that is breaking one of the rules which is "No Disrespecting of Staff Members" and can get you warned if you do so.

If you wish to straighten it out with the offending staff member themself PLEASE pm them directly.

But keep in mind that all rules on these forums; EXCEPT the disrespecting staff rule as you are discussing your problems with that staff member(although outright disrespect is still not tolerated), DO STILL apply to Private Messages. Should you flame the person or break a rule in anyway, you will recieve a warning for the offense.

I will not hesitate to ban anyone who repeats this offense. I am serious about keeping this community happy and controlled and if that means banning people to achieve this, then so be it.

your very true in what you are saying but i have also seen mods and admins on these boards that bash members after they make a thread that they dont agree with so i think any of them who are caught doing that should be warned or have the moderating/ admin position revoked........just stating my opinion dont get all crazy on my ass.

I dont know why everybody is against the staff anyway, they do their job just like any message board in the world does, its no different here.

It was just Jawknee that had a real problem with the staff. I think the staff are great, although I do have my disagreements on how some situations are handled.

We're strict because we wan't people to know we arent joking about breaking rules.

We are really nice people on the outside but when a situation gets out of hand or rules are broken it's our job to get 'strict' about it.

I'm glad most of you don't have a problem with us.

I'm sorry, but if a mod bashes me because s/he doesn't like a thread I made or the way I type, I'm going to bash them back. It'd be pretty shitty if I'm the one getting warned/banned for bashing a mod who bashed me first, when I did nothing to them. Now, if there was a consequence to the mods as well, that'd make more sense.
