Hopefully he'll be better than Bong!... errr, Gong!

Ryan McCombs. If that turns out to be true, i'll shit my pants. That would be awesome. Soil isn't the same now he left, it would be great to see him join Drowning Pool.

I'd think it'd be a great addition, too... but I also think it's wishful thinking. Ryan left SOiL to spend more time with his family... I don't know if he'll ever play in a band again -- I hope it's him, though!

It would be great, but if he was to return to music, i'd like to see him return to Soil. They didn't leave on bad terms (so we were told), but joing Drowning Pool will be a good move too.

I think if he joined Drowning Pool they'd be on bad terms from now on  But, no, you're right -- they didn't leave on bad terms. The band knew he just couldn't take being away from his family much more.

I miss the original DP guy. Fucker had to kill himself.

Errr, no... he had a heart disease.

(At least, I don't think you were referring to that.)

They should seriously change their name. The music they put out after Dave's death is just disrespectful to his legacy in DP.

Legacy isn't the best word to put on it, but you know what I mean.

Williams was found dead on DROWNING POOL's tour bus in August of 2002 while the group was on the road with that summer's Ozzfest. An autopsy revealed that Williams died from cardiomyopathy, a heart muscle disease for which he was never diagnosed.

Please read up on things before you have to make a disrespectful comment like that.

The night he died, it said on MTV that he drank himself to death, and I never read anytihng more about it. Untwist your panties, kids, it was an honest mistake.

I guess you've learned your lesson that MTV is wrong about 90% of the time, then.

Well you think someone wouldn't say some dogshit like that unless they were pretty sure that it were true. Alas, my hatred for MTV grows in new ways every day.
