Fear Factory have now finalized the track listing for their new album "Transgression", here is how it looks:
01 - "540,000 Degrees Fahrenheit"
02 - "Transgression"
03 - "Spinal Compression"
04 - "Contagion"
05 - "Empty Vision"
06 - "Echo Of My Scream"
07 - "Supernova"
08 - "New Promise"
09 - "I Will Follow"
10 - "Millennium"
11 - "Moment Of Impact"
While it was previously announced that the overseas version of the album is set to feature bonus covers of Godflesh's "Anthem" and Killing Joke's "Millenium", North America will get a bonus track titled "Empire" if they purchase the outing from Best Buy. "Transgression" is on track for an August 23rd release date via Trillion Records/Liquid 8.

Cool. I haven't really got into much Fear Factory but I'll probably pick up this CD since I'll be seeing them live. I've heard Digimortal a few years back when it came out and wasn't really into it but my tastes have changed quite a lot since then, maybe I'll like it.

I'll probably end up picking this up. I've heared a few bits & pieces from them & they seem pretty good. Getting the new album will give me a chance to officialy get into them.

I'm considering taking a listen to this when it comes out. I have listened to a few songs from Fear Factory since Thanatos asked me to make his signature request, so like Raj said, this will give me a chance to get into them.

Rumours are that 540,000 Degrees Fahrenheit will be the first single. I'm trying to remember where I heard this.
