Yeah, Nintendo first said that Mario 128 will be a title for the Gamecube.
A few months later they said that it will be a Revolution Launchtitle.

People would have bought it for the GC, but better for it to be the Launch title of the NR.

It'll be interesting to see what this revolutionary gaming concept is. Miyamoto said it's never been done before in a video game, so here's hoping for something big.

They always have a new Mario game for a new system. Well kinda, for Gamecube it was Luigi's Mansion ( i hate that game :angry: )

Wind Waker was an artistic masterpiece. And it had the same gameplay of the others, with a cool new world. But alas, kids these days. "Oh noez id was kiddie cartoonsish plz no". Whatever.

Twilight Princess is the new LoZ game coming out in November. It has the realistic graphics like OoT, but updated(obviously).

Mario 128 is an anamoly in the Matrix that will probably never happen. And Mario 256? WTF are you talking about?

A new SSB or Metroid haven't been confirmed yet as far as I know.

You forgot about Mario: Sunshine ;) He's Nintendo's mascot, they're obviously going to put games out for their system. Plus Mario 128 is just a code name / working title.

I'm not sure about the top images, but i know that the bottom pics are from a demo they used to show off the power of the Gamecube, they're not actually from a Mario game. I'm assuming the top pics are just renders / concept or maybe even fan art / graphics that have nothing to do with Mario 128. The in game shot could be easily fake, it looks like Mario Sunshine only with a different Mario.
