Family Guy - DVD movie officially announced!
n this exclusive 83 minute DVD premiere, featuring brand new, never before seen content, Stewie, the maniacal baby genius, is distracted from his plans for world domination when he sees a man who looks just like him on television. Convinced that this man must be his real father (after all, how could he possibly share genetic material with the dimwitted Peter?), Stewie sets off on a cross-country road trip to find him. But his incredible journey leads him to discoveries far more vile and shocking that anything found in his diaper.

I think that in this movie they should have a 20 minute action scene of Peter and that damn Chicken settling the score.

That was the original plot, but on the FG Freakin' Sweet Collection, they had an interview with Seth saying that it was an episode, and the movie is the father finding adventure, but they may put it in.

When I first read this I thought you were crazy. But after seeing the newer family guy episodes (the first three were gems), im wondering what has happened to family guy. To me it's just not that funny at all anymore. Every other scene is them making fun of something in pop culture (it was there before just not nearly as much). It gets old. Hopefully this will be funny.

I have it downloaded but I haven't watched it yet.
My cousins and I are sort of fanatics... we're planning to watch it together at some time in the near future.

I saw the first 50 minutes of it last night. It was ok. It's funny at parts, but just stupid and lame in others.
Is it just me or is Family Guy seeming to be going downhill? The first episode of Season 4 was amazing, but everything else seems to pale in comparison. And believe me, I'm not someone to complain about Family Guy.

Your not the only one...it has been going downhill. And I love Family Guy to death, so it blows to see that they have been blowing the gun lately. I remember reading USA Today one day when I was on vacation and saw on the ratings for last Sunday that an old (new) rerun of The Simpsons did better than a new episode of Family Guy. It was depressing.

I mean, a crappy Family Guy episode is funnier than a Simpsons rerun from the past few seasons, so that's worrysome.

I think if FOX passed on Family Guy AGAIN, they would just move to Adult Swim for good or go to a different network. And I take back what I said. Some of the newer new episodes are pretty funny.
