A movie based on the Fox series 24 is in the works. But whether it will be shot in real-time is still up for consideration, says the show's Canadian director/producer Jon Cassar

Yesss!
I'd love for this to happen. 24 is such an amazing show.
This would be cool, but it could also be weird as hell. There is no way possible to do it in real time cause a 24 hour long movie would be a bit immpossible. Even if they cut it down to a 2 hour real time movies that would leave no time for a believeable plot.

What do you mean, again?
This is the first time a movie based on 24 has happened.
Thing about how original this movie is going to have to be. A movie taking the span of two hours and two hours only.
That's gotta be interesting to work with.

Does seem interesting and at the same time, i'm kind of worried that if they do this in "real-time" then it'll be the new "bullet-time"

Reminds me of Phone Booth. I love movies that take place within a very short amount of time!
