View Full Version : Backstreet Boys
The real album has leaked. I like it a lot more than the previously leaked version. It has more of an edge to it.
But then again, most people here don't like bsb much.

I'm listening to it right now. So far so good. The other one that leaked was the advance version.
"Climbing the Walls" is even better now.
I listened to the entire album. I liked pretty much every song on it.

Errr, aren't the Backstreet Boys a teenie band?
Or did they change while I wasn't looking? :o

Just because they're a boy band dosn't mean they can't produce quality music.

True, but I wasn't getting at that. It's just kinda like, "Uhh, what?"
Not my cup o' tea I s'pose.

Not a fan of BSB, but I can say they're the best boy band out there. It's good to have a boy band that actually write their own music.

Are you sure about that? I remember a big fuss about a song one of the guys wrote about his mom (started with a B...Brian?) because it wa shis first song he'd ever written or something. Did they write the stuff on this album?

'Siberia' is my song. 'Weird World' is my song.
It's like my childhood is back. I love this album.

Excuse the double post. Brian wrote 'The Perfect Fan' on Millennium, Kevin wrote 'Back To Your Heart' on that album also, Brian wrote 'That's What She Said' on the international Backstreet's Back album. They wrote a bunch of stuff on Black & Blue and Kevin wrote 'Never Gone' on the new album. I'm not positive about anything else.

OK, err ... some of it then. Actually, I'm not too sure myself. I just thought I heard it somewhere.

Did anyone catch the Metallica in "Song For The Unloved"? I made a thread about it at LPMB ages ago and like, 2 people gave a crap.

I love how people are afraid to admit they like(d) BSB. But when I Want it That Way came up yesterday at the Senior Dinner/Dance.. everyone got into it, and sang the song together, lol.
I heard Incomplete on the radio. I didn't like it though.

Dude thats exactly what Im saying! When I was younger it was 'cool' to hate boy bands, but as I got older I've realized that they aren't bad at all. Guess people just gotta grow up.

Does anyone know when their new album comes out? I may buy it. I have all of the BSB albums anyway, lol.
I Don't Need No Accuser
06-08-2005, 06:46 PM
I listened to them when I was around 8, always liked Nsync more however. I just can't listen to it anymore, i'm not ''afraid,'' to admit anything. But I did DL some Nsync songs like a month ago and liked it, but I've deleted them. They lose their value after a couple of listens.
Anyway, I don't like when boy bands start incorporating instruments.
*Waits for someone to make an ''original,'' joke about pop punk bands*
To me, they're voices just don't go well with acoustic guitars and acoustic drums. They're good for what they are.
Album comes out next tuesday (14th) in the US.
I always like BSB more than NSYNC. I felt that they always focused the music on one or two guys.

As the first to post after the album is officially released, I have to say I love the album.
My generation... man, who didn't like BSB? My friends and I were just thinking back onto music we used to listen to and all discovered that we never really ever stopped enjoying the music. So I'm going to rub it into their faces that I have the new album.

I personally think N*sync was way better. But I never went to one of N*sync's concerts. I did go to a BSB concert though. Thats when I started liking them a little more.

I love the album as well. I like the more rock sound it has to it. I think that sound fits them well. I am finally going to see them in concert in August. I have always wanted to see them live since back in 1997 but I could never get tickets to any of their shows due to them being sold out. Now, I got tickets and I can't wait to go. ^_^
