Yo people i saw the One Step Closer video and i saw someone else then Phoenix.
Who is this guy?

yeah, you don't see the bass player much in that video. i never have noticed him until a while back ago. when it shows the whole band playing you kinda see him there and you kinda don't, cause they always go into close ups. but oh well....

Yeah, Phoenix was gone during that period because he was on a year long tour with his old band The Snax.

I thaught the name was Kyle from the guy who was in place for Phoenix for Hybrid Theory EP

Kyle did bass on the Hybrid Theory EP, but Scott did bass on OSC on Hybrid Theory and toured with the band for a couple months until Phoenix came back. If you check the Hybrid Theory booklet it says "Scott Koziol - Bass on One Step Closer and Touring Bass Player."
