For those that haven't checked out the official Cold (http://www.coldonline.com) site lately, it has briefly changed advertising the new and upcoming album and website. It now also features a full length (better quality) version of the debut single "It Happens All The Time". The site also states a 30th August release date for the new and differently titled album "A Different Kind Of Pain", which was previously named "The Calm That Killed The Storm" and even before that, "A Sad Song Lives On". Here's what Scooter Ward had to say about the album on the offical Cold boards.

het guys i just got back from nyc .we mt with lava today and i gotta say i felt like i was at home.everyone there is uber excited about the record i gaurntee we will have the biggest push ever for cold.the website will begin to change in the next few days.we really arent done with all the artwork yet so it will probably be a temporary site until sam finishes.its gonna be cool.sAm and i decided to change the title of record to '"A DIFFERNT KIND OF PAIN".ive been wanting to chage it for a while and i got the "go ahead today.the calm that killed the storm is the name of track3 anyways so for those who arent happy with my deciscion,"deal with it".video will be shot soon also.all the radio stations have been alerted by lava about our new single and all the stations love the song and were getting nothing but great feedback.this is an exciting time for us and i know you guys are gonna be happy with the outcome.i appreciate everyines support and love you all.thanks coldarmy

Can't wait. :)

Oh rats. I loved the name "The Calm That Killed The Storm" for an album. But "A Different Kind Of Pain" is cool as well. Doesn't change how much I'm anticipating the album, though.
